It has been a weird week. Kinda'...well....I don't really know the word but it has been (whatever word is right, insert here) to the upmost. So, this week will be short and sweet because that's all I have energy for. Sorry to those of you love reading my "novels". Hopefully next week will be different...more back to normal.
1. Honestly, I am so thankful today is my Friday for 4 days. Yay! I am going to enjoy the break.
2. Blue Danube Waltz, on the piano, actually sounding like Blue Danube Waltz because my fingers are finally getting nimble to it.
3. Gleaning potatos tomorrow with Brian and Jadon. There is nothing like a fresh potato from the field made into homemade, oven baked, french fries.
4. Watching Jadon and Isaiah be boys tonight at the football game, complete with giggling and trying to get the attention of girls. They do grow up fast. I had a glimpse of the future tonight, it was amusing.
5. Jadon making me laugh, heartily, at the game tonight. The announcer was doing an advertisement for a local car dealership and said, "At Lithia Dodge, we have a new car for everyone!" And Jadon looked at me very seriously and said, "How come I didn't get one?"
6. A call this week from my dear friend and sister in the Lord, Bre. Thanks again Bre. I am so touched you called.
7. God's ever ministering to my heart. I would be a mess without it.
8. Vacation next week. Nothing fancy, just camping, but I am ready to sneak away and it will be our first and most likely only camping trip this year. Which is sad and a disgrace for someone who's backyard is the gorgeous mountains and lakes and rivers of Idaho.
9. As always, lately, God's provsion, it's amazing.
10. Teaching Sunday School. It was so much fun. A kickback to my daycare days. The kids were adorable and Brian had prepared an awesome lesson that they just ate up. He truly has the gift of teaching. It was such a blessed time.
